At first blush, a home is a house—four walls, a floor and a roof. It serves its purpose. Therein lies its value. For many real estate professionals, that is enough.

The value of a home, however, is much more than its size, number of stories or bedrooms. It’s valuable because it’s a hub, a center. It’s surrounded by a neighborhood. It connects to schools, shopping, theaters, recreation and entertainment, among other things. Above all, a home is valuable because it’s a dream, a way of life.

I am proud to say that during the past 25 years I have safeguarded the value of that dream for hundreds of buyers and sellers. If you think about it, when homeowners sell, they are passing their dream on to new dream holders.  My greatest accomplishment is the part I play in the passage of that dream.
