Honesty and dependability are two words not often used to describe those in the service industry these days. Susan is both and more. We had lived in our home on Gabilan Road for five years when David was offered a promotion and new position in the Bay Area. The relocation firm hired by his company contacted several agents on our behalf and Susan was the first agent to respond and come out to meet us. This prompt, on the ball initial response was. Foreshadowing of how Susan would handle the rest of the sale process.

From the start, it was clear that Susan was intent on selling our house quickly and for a good price. Within a day or two of initially meeting, Susan had a professional photographer at the house taking photos and video for the MLS and Internet search sites. She gave us advice on how to present the house and what things to fix and arrange before showing. We had comments from friends and prospective buyers about how much the house stuck out because of the great photos and description on the MLS. The great marketing definitely helped drive above average visits and the multiple offers we had on the home.

As with most home sales, there were little bumps in the road to closing the sale. What I most appreciated about Susan was her ability to handle them and keep the sale moving forward. She even got to know the buyers and built a relationship of trust with them which became very important through the inspection and closing.

As we reflect back on the whole process of selling our home, we are very glad that we had Susan to lead us through the process. I think we picked about the worst time in our lifetimes to sell a home, but we still sold it for a great price and in only a few months. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and Susan deserves a large part of the credit for making this happen. We had a great experience with Susan and would strongly recommend her to others.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we were working with Susan Marshall at Prudential. She had mentioned to us that she was doing an analysis for you and asked if we might let you know our experience. In a word, she was amazing. I'm sure she's told you that the current market is unpredictable at best so you can imagine our surprise at having a contract offer two days after listing with her. We're certain that it was her expertise that created such a favorable outcome.
