I am an experienced real estate professional who loves what I do. But what does that mean exactly? To me, experience is the result of the hundreds of real estate transactions I have closed over the years. Through practice, trial (and error), I learned “how it’s done,” whether the market is flourishing or challenging. That knowledge alone gives me the confidence to assure you that I am the best real estate agent for your needs, whatever they may be. 

Then, add to that my professionalism. I believe that professionalism means both keeping up with and improving the industry. I never lose sight of the most important goal – your transaction – but I’m also concerned with how the industry impacts you as a homeowner. That’s why I participate in leadership roles in the National, State and local Associations of Realtors®, among others. Through these organizations I work to defend private property ownership rights and benefits, including the protection of the mortgage interest income tax deduction and opposition to the taxation of real estate transfers at time of sale. I support my organizations in the fight for affordable home ownership, disaster relief and affirmative action programs, and in lobbying for candidates favorable to those and other real estate issues, on both sides of the aisle.
